AI knowledge systems · Content operations · Go-to-market enablement
I build AI systems for content, proposal and sales teams.
For 11 years I have led content, brand and proposals at a 40-year Canadian IT firm, working daily with its managing partners and directors. I design the AI agents, knowledge bases and approval workflows behind that work, and I train the people who use them.
- 30 min
- from new RFP to an 80 to 90% complete first draft. Setup previously took 1 to 2 days.
- 35 pages
- of RFP response drafted live in a leadership session by an AI agent I built.
- 20-year
- contract won with a roughly 300-page response. I managed its content and assembly with a 15-person team.
- 1,700+
- bids from 32 years consolidated into one record for go/no-go decisions.
Systems in daily use.
Each system addresses a specific operational bottleneck. A person reviews every output before it is used.
Proposal Guru
Turns a new RFP into a folder structure, branded templates and an 80 to 90% complete first draft in about 30 minutes. Setup previously took 1 to 2 days.

AI tools often stall after the pilot because they are not connected to the company's knowledge or its approval process. I build for daily use from the start, in four steps.
- Find the bottleneckIdentify where time or quality is lost today, such as slow proposal setup, stalled approvals or knowledge that is hard to find.
- Structure the knowledgeConsolidate the relevant documents into one knowledge base of approved facts, house voice and limits.
- Deploy with guardrailsAI produces the draft and a person approves it. Gaps go to subject experts, and internal data stays internal.
- Train for adoptionHands-on sessions, a field guide and short videos, so the system stays in use after launch.

The ELIZA Effect: Why Good AI Prompts Still Produce Bad Results
Why good AI prompts still produce bad results
A two-minute video I wrote and produced to change how people think about AI. Weak results rarely come from weak prompts. They come from an old human habit: treating a machine as if it already understands us. That habit has a name, the ELIZA effect, after a chatbot built in 1966. The video names it and sets out the one shift in thinking that corrects it.
